Structured Mentorship
Regular online and hands-on lectures with topics tailored to the most important growth areas in your first year. Topics include Communication, Digital Dentistry, Cerec, Introduction to Implants and Orthodontics.
Face to Face Seminars
Commercial-grade internal seminars in our head office training facility, with hands-on practice on models. Exclusively for dentists in our Graduate Program — all completely free of charge.
Social Events & Community
Being part of a close-knit cluster means you will never be alone. Connect with peers, colleagues and your mentor regularly via Microsoft Teams and in-person social events.
Clinical Freedom
Focus on your areas of interest while being supported to take on challenging cases. You won't just cover the basics — you'll explore implants, Invisalign, Cerec, and more from day one.
Career Pathway
Upon successfully completing the Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to transfer to one of our metropolitan locations and work towards becoming a Partner Dentist.
